"Chengdu Tianfu Recruitment Activities (TRA)" is a large-scale annual group recruitment campaign sponsored by the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone (CHTZ) and jointly hosted by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, the Economic Development Bureau of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and Chengdu Tianfu Software Park Co., Ltd. Through TRA – Overseas Tour, City Tour and Campus Tour, we have established overseas recruitment stations and carried out public recruitment and campus recruitment campaigns in Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dalian, Xi’an and Wuhan. We hold more than 100 recruitment activities nationwide each year, attracting over 50,000 professionals and assisting CHTZ-based enterprises in recruiting over 4,000 people in various fields.
Through integrating universities, training agencies, enterprises and other resources, TFSP has built a capability development platform. TFSP holds more than 100 various training and sharing activities each year, attracting over 10,000 participants
TFSP has set up the Research Institute of Human Resources, HR Club, Tianfu Labor Legal Affairs Work Station and provides HR consulting services for TFSP-based enterprises over 900 times, holds over 30 HR activities and releases more than 10 professional research reports each year.
